Two-Ingredient Creamy Pasta Sauce with Ruby Crunch Chili Crisp

Cream cheese and Ruby Crunch are an unexpected duo. Combined, they create a creamy, dreamy pasta sauce that won't weigh you down yet still provides loads of flavor. And even better, this dinner is ready in minutes.

Serves: 2 as a main

 

Ingredients

Sauce

·         3 tablespoons Ruby Crunch

·         1/2 cup cream cheese

Pasta

·         4 ounces pasta

·         1/2 cup frozen peas

·         2 handfuls baby spinach

·         Salt and pepper

Instructions

1.      Cook the pasta to the package directions.

2.      Heat a large pan to medium. Add the Ruby Crunch and stir around for 30 seconds to heat up.

3.      Add the cream cheese and mix together for about a minute to combine with Ruby Crunch.

4.      Add the cooked pasta and toss to combine.

5.      Add the frozen peas and toss to combine. Let this cook for 1-2 minutes until the peas are thawed and heated through.

6.      Add the baby spinach, toss to combine, and then immediately pull off the heat. The spinach will continue to cook while being served.
