Ingredients

·         1 5oz can tuna

·         2 tablespoons finely diced onion

·         2 tablespoons finely diced celery

·         1 tablespoon lime juice

·         2 tablespoons mayonnaise

·         1 tablespoon minced cilantro

·         1 tablespoon Ruby Crunch Chili Crisp

·         Salt and pepper

·         Sliced cucumber (optional)

·         Lettuce leaves (optional)

 

Instructions

1.      Prepare the salad ingredients: drain the tuna and transfer to a bowl. With a fork, lightly flake the tuna to desired consistency. Finely dice the onion and celery, mince the cilantro, and place in the same bowl with the tuna. Stir to combine.

2.      Create the dressing: in a separate bowl, mix the lime and mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper, and then pour over the salad ingredients. Stir to combine.

3.      Assemble: place on a plate with cucumber slices and lettuce. Drizzle with Ruby Crunch and enjoy!
